At Elevate Home Solutions, helping you maintain your home is what we do. We offer several maintenance plans that include everything you need to stay on top of that ever-growing to-do list.
Before you sign up, there are a few things to know about our maintenance plans. First, we don’t do any credit checks, and we offer financing. Get up to 18 months of 0% interest when you sign up! If you want to cancel your maintenance plan before your financing term is up, there is an early cancellation fee of $100.
We’ll commit our time and efforts 100% to you, and in return, we expect you to commit to us. Because of this, we don’t do month-to-month contracts and offer 3-, 6-, and 12-month contracts instead. You can pay us on a monthly basis, or you can pay for the entirety of the package up front and get a discount (10% off for paying 3 months in advance, 15% for paying 6 months in advance, and 20% off for paying 12 months in advance).

(This plan gives you 25% off of projects around the house)

- Advanced Lawn Care (mow, weed eat, edge, blow, pull weeds, spray for weed control, trim shrubs, trim small trees, aeration every 6 months, and fertilize)
- Advanced Pest Control (Up to 500 bugs & Insects including: Spiders, Roaches, Ants, Fleas, Ticks, Mosquitos, etc.)
When you refer a Maintenance customer, you get 10$ off your Maintenance Plan as well!
